Hangzhou Greensky Biological Tech Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 and is a professional enterprise dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of natural plant extracts. With over 20 years of experience in the identification, research, development, and production of active herbal ingredients, the company achieved an export value of nearly USD 30 million in 2023, primarily serving markets in Europe, the United States, South Korea, and Russia.

Jiangxi Greensky Food Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hangzhou Greensky Biological Tech Co., Ltd., is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of natural plant extracts. The company holds certifications including ISO22000, BRCGS, Ecocert Organic Standard, and SGS-GMP, along with an export food production enterprise registration certificate. Designed and built in strict accordance with GMP standards, the facility is equipped with multiple 6-ton multi-functional extraction tanks, high-efficiency low-temperature concentrators, a spray drying tower, a vacuum drying oven, separation columns, rotating disc contactors, and other advanced equipment. It also features a Class 100,000 cleanroom to ensure products meet food safety requirements without the need for radiation treatment. In addition, the company operates an independent laboratory equipped with GC, HPLC, UV, and other analytical instruments to deliver high-quality, stable plant extracts.

Hangzhou Greensky Biological Tech Co., Ltd. also manages Hangzhou Tianqu Biological-Tech Co., Ltd., which focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of functional red yeast rice. This subsidiary specializes in high-content Monacolin K functional red yeast rice, offering related application services and solutions.

Additionally, Hangzhou Xingduoduo Brand Co., Ltd., invested in by Hangzhou Greensky Biological Tech Co., Ltd., focuses on e-commerce and private sales of its own branded health products, as well as acting as an agent for select cross-border e-commerce products from South Korea and the United States. Its main product line includes Xingduoduo Red Ginseng Jelly for sobering support, Chunyijiu Red Yeast Probiotics, Qu Lao Da Natto Red Yeast Tablets for blood lipid management, and Korean Icletime children's height growth products.
